1. Strict No Refund Policy

At Utkaloffice, we provide a digital service and software platform. We do NOT offer any refunds for any of our services or subscriptions under any circumstances. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital service.

2. No Exceptions

This policy applies to all situations, including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Number Bans: As stated in our Terms of Service, we are not responsible for WhatsApp number bans. A ban by WhatsApp does NOT entitle you to a refund.
  • Unused Features: If you purchase a subscription but do not use the features, you are still not eligible for a refund.
  • Subscription Renewals: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Renewed subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer need the service.

3. Service Interruptions

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional technical issues or maintenance may occur. Such interruptions do not qualify for a refund. We will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
